- boomer271 Added 2018-02-10★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Cabela's has stopped their LEO, First Responders and Veteran's discount. The reason they did that is that the local competition, Wholesale Sports, who also provided this discount, has gone out of business. So Cabela's, in their own words, does not have to price match.
Interesting note; Bass Pro Shop, which just bought Cabela's, does offer a discount to Veterans, Law Enforcement Officers, and First Responders.
Meanwhile, Cabela's has lost my business.
